Essential Job Functions:
• Provide legal research and analysis support for various legal tasks.
• Assist with contract management and document review.
• Collaborate with legal team members on projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the drafting and review of legal documents.
• Participate in compliance and regulatory efforts.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements.
• Provide assistance in data protection and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Support the legal team in resolving disputes and investigations.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate legal matters
• Proficiencies in legal research, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
• Must be a continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Corporate Counsel (CCC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus
