Job description Responsibilities • Lead the architectural design and planning process for major construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to develop comprehensive architectural solutions that meet project objectives. • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the selection of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles. • Oversee the development and presentation of architectural drawings, renderings, and models to convey design concepts to stakeholders and clients. • Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments to identify architectural constraints, opportunities, and potential risks. • Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent. • Manage and mentor a team of junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Engage in continuous research and knowledge sharing to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction. • Participate in client meetings, presenting architectural proposals, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while proactively resolving any architectural-related issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications Education Qualification • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Certification Required Professional certification or licensure as an Architect Additional certifications in sustainable design, LEED, or related fields will be advantageous
