Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning various structures, from homes to buildings and other structures, ensuring they are functional, visually appealing, and safe. The Architect will also work with clients to determine architectural preferences and implement solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in architecture
Excellent knowledge of design and drafting software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Photoshop
Experience with building codes and regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
knowledge of MEP drawings &, Hvac drawing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and. organized
Experience with sustainable design and construction is a plus
Experience with LEED and WELL certifications is a plus,
