Job Details

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and design accordingly, documenting the same and coordinating for client approval.

• Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from clients and sharing developments as per project plans.

• Conceptualize and develop designs that meet client requirements/standards/norms, working in tandem with the Design Cell and Design Directors.

• Ensure drawings are up to company quality standards, meet client requirements, and sign/seal the same.

• Ensure client-approved drawings.

• Responsible for smooth work progress at sites in all respects.

• Assist Sales personnel, Design Directors/Associate Design Directors/Design Leads and Team Leaders with sales pitch and presentation preparation.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants, and clients for timely material delivery and information collection.

• Track stages in design drawings.

• Check and ensure drawings/designs are executable.

• Arrange site documentation and design documentation for future reference according to standards. Prepare formats for the same.
