Job Description
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT Policy servicing as a department is responsible processing of Unit Linked request i.e. Fund Switch, Premium Redirection, Surrender, Partial Withdrawal, Top up and all other UL requests UL processing end to end ownership within TAT.
Sending control reports on daily basis. PURPOSE OF THE JOB Processing of UL requests received from branch ops and other channels.
Process them them within specific TAT. Scrutiny of the documents.
Respond Internal customer's queries. Tracking MIS and publishing to the respective stake holder. Handling of generic email box.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To ensure customer service support all backend & frontend teams like Refunds, Mini Hub, Branch, Accounts and LMS, Lifeasia to track the request till processing.
2. Ensure all Unit linked transactions get processed as per defined TAT.
3. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their Queries, requests and complaints, Upfront Complaint Resolution & Complaints Management.
4. Processing all policy servicing transactions and follow-up with concern team for ensuring request p+D28rocessed with correct NAV date as per customer request.
5. Answering queries on phones & emails from Branch, Service Recovery & customer connect & Internal teams etc.
6. Ensuring on Public holidays, if share market is working then all ULIP transaction get processed.
7. Unit journal and Journal voucher to be get process as per requirement case to case basis.
8. Ensure JV processes in policies where policy is assigned to HDFC Life company by deducting outstanding loan amount.
+. Unit linked Dump is getting processed on as per schedule time.10. Responding with end to end resolution for email on same day from Unit Linked instruction ID.
11. Patching SR to be done on daily basis.
12. Production issue follow up to track request end to end till the resolution is not receiving.
13. To be close cases which are open in Surrender report & SR status report on daily basis.
14. Ensure control reports like reversal report & Top up report running on daily basis.
15. SR status monthly &quarterly reporting to be done for all transaction is processed on particular months.
16. Monthly - SU reversal & fortnightly OTC & NON -OCT reports are getting submit as per TAT.
17. UJ pending report to be share on weekly basis with Accounts team.
