Description
Work with business stakeholders, business analysts, and other IT teams to understand the business criticality of each application and contribute to its overall management.
Work with Business, development team and enterprise architects to ensure transitions are smooth and meet the agreed SLA's.
Will require to take a lead role in the entire application management cycle, conduct design and code reviews, and have a heavy input throughout the process, from requirements to production deployment and support.
Manage technical system specifications and ensure documentation remains current throughout all phases of the SDLC.
Raise up opportunities, enhancements, and process improvements. Communicate timely status, including any potential risks/issues of the assignments to management.
Learn new software tools and skills as needed. Keep up with technologies. Provide mentoring to other development staff on technical topics.
Must be self-motivated and take initiative.
Must Have
Knowledge of technologies - Java, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring Web, Spring Boot, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle PLSQL
Experience of creating responsive applications for web, mobile and tablets
JSON/XML Rest APIs
Experience in front end technologies ReactJS, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Automation using any of the tools like Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter
Experience in using CICD tooling
Understanding of implementing tools for security - Sonatype, WebInspect, Fortify, LDAP
Understanding of serverless architecture
Experience in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum
Exposure to Google APIGEE
Exposure to PCF
Nice to Have
Exposure to containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
Exposure to Microfocus Voltage
Exposure to Tomcat / WildFly application servers
