Job Description
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Key Accountabilities
• To manage technology sourcing for the entire bank in a P2P platform
• To achieve cost saving target by applying various strategy & approach
• To ensure 100% internal customer satisfaction
• To ensure 100% process compliance
• To set significant endeavours to implement and maintain sustainability in all the major sourcing
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Managing sourcing for Tech Infra, Software and Professional services procurement
• Tech Infra mainly includes Laptop / desktop, server, storage, Switches, routers etc.
• Software majorly includes Server level licenses, database licenses, user applications etc.
• Professional services like End user support, NOC support, Resources for Testing and software development
• Activities includes vendor due diligence, market benchmarking, contract negotiation and registration
• Constant coordination with various verticals of the technology team to finalise appropriate BOQ / SOW
• Co-ordination with legal and finance for fixing contractual terms
• Regular meetings with key suppliers to maintain supplier relationship
• Ensure on time renewal of all existing contracts to ensure compliance
• Keeping updates on the technology market trends and provide information to the tech tech team on the same
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate Engineer
• MBA degree will be an added advantage
• At least 7-10 years of industry experience
• Relevant experience of handling supply chain management, vendor management, procurement and sourcing of IT products and services
• Fair knowledge of P2P system
