Opportunity
The candidate will work dedicatedly with an investment bank and will be responsible for handling projects, including market updates & newsletters, company profiles, industry studies, valuation, trading and transaction comps across sectors including TMT, Industrials, Consumer, FIG, Real Estate, among others. The candidate will be in direct interaction with client and responsible for final delivery of projects.

Knowledge of Investment banking products is must.
Responsibilities
• Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, industry study, Industry reports, trading and transaction comps, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular / various industry
• Managing delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis change of control analysis shareholder / ownership analysis, etc.
• Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
• Conducting analysis & performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs •
Required Background
• MBA/ CFA/ CA • Relevant experience of 2-4 years in Investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, advisory firm
• Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients
• The candidate should have the ability to work independently • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson Research, Factset, Factiva etc. • MS Office skills should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
