Role :
Sr. Back End Developer
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Gather requirements from the project owner, perform a feasibility study, Do POC for the required and provide Estimated Time for deliverables.
2. Along with coding, Delegate tasks to associate developers and hold them accountable.
3. Guide and support associate developers to upskill.
4. Assist associate developers when required.
5. Should communicate the progress/status to the project owner & management.
6. Project management skills and ability to deliver quality projects on time.
7. Troubleshooting & Problem-solving skills
8. Passionate about coding and software development
+. Should have passion to update themselves in emerging and upcoming technologies.
Desirable technical skills
• Sound knowledge in JavaScript, Node JS, Express JS, and Mongo Db
• Additional Knowledge in Rabbit MQ, and File systems interface design.
Qualities :
•Great communicator.
•Innovative thinker.
•Spirit of continuous growth improvement in work and life.
•Adheres to the values of : Trust, Integrity, Transparency, Empathy & Passion.
Academic Qualifications :
Attitude and industry experience takes the front seat.
Selection process:
