As a senior backend developer in HNR Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance required for the market. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Skills Required:
Strong background in PHP
Knowledge of Symfony, CakePHP, or Laravel framework will be an advantage
Experience with Elasticsearch or other search technologies
Experience with EDI, Gearman Job Searcher
Ability to contribute to complex parts of the systems
Experience in Kibana, Unit Testing, OOP/OOD, Design Patterns, PSR-2 coding standards
Good Debugging and analytical skills
Research and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Responsibilities:
Integration & implementation of information technology components to meet the needs of the organization
Collaborate with peers, department heads, and subject matter experts to develop & maintain the organization’s desired future state code and systems
Drive simplification across computing environments to reduce costs and improve performance and availability of the server, network and end-user computing systems, SEO values, and PCI compliance.
Identify and champion the introduction of new methods, approaches, and technologies that will bring
significant value to the organization
Always incorporate methods to maintain the high system and infrastructure availability

Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an application developer utilizing technologies such as PHP, MySQL, git / GitHub, and Jira
Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, web development, or a related field; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree
Must be able to work with changing deadlines and aggressive priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
Excellent project management (JIRA), communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in utilizing Agile practices is a plus

Job qualification and experience expectations: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on finance-related projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools such as Jira. Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices. PMP or other project management certification is a plus. Schedule: Flexible shift Monday to Friday 6 hours of overlap in EST timezone is mandatory
