Job Description
As a Sr. BPO Content Executive (non-voice), you will play an important role in sourcing and testing coupon content for America's oldest and most trusted coupon and promo code website. Successful candidates and those receiving the highest salaries (up to 5.75L PA) will have:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A diligent commitment to workplace integrity
A continuous desire for self-improvement with a focus on efficiency and personal accuracy
Excellent English reading, written and comprehension skills
Proven experience of 3 or more years as a data entry executive. No Freshers, please.
The responsibilities of Sr. BPO Content Executives include:
Ownership of a web browser workflow to identify or test new and existing coupons in an online portal
Manually adding new coupons and updating existing coupons using given formatting guidelines
Adhering to productivity standards by utilizing established guidelines and processes
Taking feedback and implementing process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
Candidates for this role must:
Be proficient with computers and basic software applications
Work from our Cybercity office (no work from home)
Work as a part of a team to complete daily goals
Adhere to a structured, detailed process to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Possess organizational and time management skills to manage tasks efficiently
Have excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Show strong organizational skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
