Sr Business Consultant
Experience - 5+ years
Location - Bangalore
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Runs our SaaS programs across multiple clients independently
• Oversees projects both directly and indirectly through others within the team. Regardless of the method, the delivery manager retains full knowledge and understanding of progress, risks and mitigation plans
• For every project an delivery manager oversees, they will be seen as the single go-to person by all stakeholders internally. All decisions are made with their presence and input, leading the charge through completion
• Using project management tools, build and manage delivery project plans aligning with overall project plan ensuring projects are properly resourced and deadlines are met, and creates and manages both development and delivery bookings to ensure accuracy in their impact for commercial reporting
• Acts as the core to any project, rallying teams and ensuring projects are properly resourced throughout their lifecycle. Upon signs of failure, appropriately escalates
Required Experience:
• 7+ years’ experience in delivery management and implementation experience in Core Banking implementation projects.
• Client facing service experience is a must.
• should have previous development experience in java/j2ee technologies
• should have ability to provide guidance to team members in technical and functional areas
• Software implementation, support, or training experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management disciplines preferred.
• Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
• Should have managed complex projects in financial domain space.
• Experience in handling any leading core banking projects is a must
• Experience with our products a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skill
