Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.

Job Description
1. Lead Generation :
• Conduct customer research through social media and search engines.
• Maintain Lead generation database.
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
2. Written Communication :
The candidates must be able to compose emails in grammatically correct and professional English. Their expertise should extend to creative writing, as well, to be able to respond to queries spontaneously.
3. Verbal Communication :
• The candidates must be able to speak in grammatically correct English and understand the American accent.
• Make outgoing calls to develop new business
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in using CRM
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
• Candidates with Engineering & Management degrees be an added advantage.
Professional Experience : The candidates should have worked in international sales (US & Canada) or the service sector for at least two years.
Educational Qualifications :
BBA / MBA(Marketing)
B.E & BTech with MBA
