Job description
Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Remote.
Shift: 4pm to 1am IST or 5pm to 2am IST (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential clients in target industries (fintech, e-commerce, cloud services, etc.).
• Conduct research to gather key business and technical insights about prospects, including company size, revenue, and pain points.
• Engage in cold outreach (email, calls, and LinkedIn) to connect with decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Technology or Innovation.
• Schedule and coordinate high-quality appointments with potential clients, ensuring meetings align with US time zone schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities, leads, and conversations in the CRM system.
• Analyze outreach data to refine engagement strategies and improve appointment success rates.
• Develop a clear understanding of AI, data analytics, and cloud technology trends to confidently discuss potential solutions with prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of AI, cloud technologies, data analytics, and their application in industries like fintech and e-commerce.
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and establish trust with C-suite executives and other decision-makers.
• Experience in analysing business data, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify client needs.
• Familiarity with managing prospect pipelines and tracking performance metrics in a CRM platform.
• Ability to work in US business hours..
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Number of qualified appointments set monthly.
• Conversion rate of outreach to scheduled meetings.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience working in or targeting mid-sized companies (50+ employees, $100M+ revenue).
• Basic familiarity with software development life cycles or digital transformation processes.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude and eagerness to achieve goals.
