Job Description
• Experienced B2B Sales leaders who will focus on generating revenue by acquiring new clients / members / speakers / sponsors.
• Responsible for tailoring proposals for prospective clients, which should, in turn, result in long-term rewarding relationships.
• This exciting B2B sales role is suited for driven, career-focused over-achievers that enjoy recognition and are willing to challenge themselves to attain it.
• Having relevant experience working as an Operations Leader managing a large Business/Sales Ops Support team in a tier-1 or tier-2 SI company supporting US clients & global engagements.
• Industry agnostic- but preference will be given to people having exposure to working in cloud technology, IT/ITeS etc.
• Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
• Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
• Track record of driving results under minimal supervision. Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus.
• Experience in supporting an Inside Sales Support & Sales Ops team based out of India, conducting client VMO coordination, Market Research, Cold Calling, etc.
• Experience in supporting a Business Ops team responsible for Onboarding, BGV, invoicing coordination, and other relevant tasks.
• Define, and execute processes and mechanisms for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Internal business stakeholder management.
• Communication Management, Escalation Management.
• Good Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate (verbal & written) with a variety of individuals at all technical & management levels.
What Will Put You Ahead:
• 8 + of experience in B2B sales, Business Development.
• MBA from from Sales & Marketing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills, communication, time management and organizational skills and business acumen with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Comfortable with flexible work timings and travelling.
• Excellent negotiation, multitasking ability to prioritize work-related activities to achieve deadlines Team player, Service-oriented, positive, committed, and enthusiastic.
