Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Team Manager at Standard Chartered in Chennai, IN, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team, ensuring they meet required targets, providing training and motivation for optimized performance, and handling escalations. - Conduct monthly reviews and reporting on KRI/KPIs

- Interpret call drivers, identify key issues, and implement appropriate controls and measures
- Ensure effective governance and oversight, understanding regulatory requirements and expectations
Qualifications Required:
- Any graduate or undergraduate with 2 years of sales experience
