About You:
Core Responsibilities / Duties include:
This person would need to be able to work independently on tickets, projects and handle issues that arise during the work week. - (Must have)
Design, implement and maintain AWS infrastructure (Must Have)
Troubleshoot AWS issues and provide timely resolution (Must Have)
AWS networking between multiple accounts. - (Must have)
Develop and maintain automation scripts using AWS tools
Create and maintain documentation related to AWS systems and processes
Provide support and guidance to other teams on AWS-related issues
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AWS
Oversee and follow up on all installed systems and infrastructure (cloud and on prem)
Collaborate with DevOps and Software Engineers to provide the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability (cloud and on prem)
Assist with escalated support issues
Ability to diagram in Visio or Lucid
Ability to manage Solarwinds or other monitoring tool. (Must have)
VMware knowledge related to network setup and configuration. – (Some Knowledge)
Windows server knowledge (Some knowledge)
Dell blade server understanding – (Nice to have).

Working hours
We’ll adjust the shift hours to be more standard for the first +0 days; 4pm to 1am IST which is 6.30am to 3.30pm ET – this will give the fullest overlap to ET associates. After the +0 days, it’ll be regular India business hours (24/7 and/or follow-the-sun support is always a possibility which we’ll explore as we build quorum)
