Key Experience & Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, English or Journalism
Masters of Common Sense
With a Basic understanding of the digital space.
We are looking for someone with some experience under their belt.
Exceptional communication skills and exemplary writing skills
Min
4 years of hands-on experience in writing marketing collaterals
A strong portfolio of big ideas – well written
Ability to develop and train teams and leadership on content creation, and distribution.
A natural and intuitive researcher
Habitually on top of inspiring, cutting-edge trends and developments.
A good sense of humour and wit.
Knowledge of MS Office suite and Google Apps.
The confidence to take direction and constructive criticism well.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Content Writer will play a pivotal role in producing long and short-form content for the brands that we serve
We’ll content that satisfies the brand story, feeds the demand generation engine; supports content marketing efforts, and builds thought leadership credibility across diverse topics
In addition to being gifted with language and storytelling, the Senior Content Writer will be attentive to detail; adept at balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines; and capable of forging strong relationships with internal and external partners/teams.
Creating content that can entertain or create news appeal
Meaning, assets that engage the reader and force them to act.
Assist in designing content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
Content Creation & Management: Blogs, Case studies, Reports, Landing pages, Newsletters, and Search and Social Media content, to mention a few.
Ability to translate technical or complex ideas into concise, business-oriented content.
Effectively edit and rewrite content written by others to ensure compelling and concise messaging.
Orchestrate and manage digital content strategies across all online platforms to drive traffic and engagement that translates to brand engagement.
Identifying strategic partnerships & building relationships
Reach various audiences, using a range of voice, style, and format.
Market research, market analysis, competitive analysis, and aesthetic business plans
