Job description
For the position of Content Writer, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who brings an execution-first mindset to the company. They will be exposed to many dimensions of content management; he/she has to be quick learner, willing to explore and experiment with fresh concepts/content types, and have the ability to ideate as well as execute tasks assigned in the given timeline.
Job Description:
We are looking to hire a content writer to produce content for blogs, newsletters, videos, landing pages, and our company website. The content writer needs to have a super-creative flair for coming up with topic ideas for our content properties. The candidate should also be able to follow editorial guidelines and consistently churn out content on a daily basis.
Someone with experience in writing on SaaS or tech platforms is a MUST. Although, if you think you can beat your lack of tech experience with your creativity, feel free to send your profile in.
Responsibilities
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to write original content.
Developing content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, videos, and our company website.
Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the target audience’s attention.
Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
Proven content writing or copywriting experience of 1-2 years.
Working knowledge of content management systems.A portfolio of published articles.
Creative writing and editing skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Effective communication skills Amazing ability to translate briefs into compelling content pieces
