Role: Sr. Content Writer & Editor
Experience: 5-10 years as a content writer & editor or content marketer
Location: Ahmedabad
Synopsis of Role
Looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sr. Content Writer & Editor with min. 5 years of experience, should be well-versed with English Composition skills and capable of writing quality articles with insightful points. Should also enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. The candidate must have innovative skills to adopt new approaches for developing creative marketing content based on research and facts that is useful and informative to target audience of the clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define & execute content marketing and corporate communication objectives for Anblicks in line with the company's marketing and branding goals
• Manage corporate content and marketing collaterals (corporate blogs, articles, case studies, and white papers) on an ongoing basis in order to generate brand awareness
• Develop an editorial calendar and manage content generation activities with the organization-wide content strategy
• Develop and deliver content for website, corporate blog, presentations, award entries, thought-leadership speeches, marketing campaigns, and technical guides
• Connect with media partners, editors, online influencer groups, and journalists for external publishing and content syndication activities
• Final stage proofing and quality control for all marketing communications submitted by team members
• Must have balanced viewpoint and strong intellect to objectively analyze, logically correct conclusions and present the facts in easy to understand format.
• Lead team-members when necessary, to ensure the content is as per standards in terms of formatting, syntax, grammar, and higher vocabulary
• Must be proactive and act on assignments without waiting for instructions. Brings new ideas to the company.
• Ability to perform and consistently improve quality and speed of assignments to meet the project deadlines.
• Reach out to technical teams on a regular basis to motivate them to write technically rich content for showcasing company's expertise
• Help digital marketing team to devise and execute their activities - article writing, social media posting, preparing videos and infographics, etc.
• Understand the goal, target audience, and message of a campaign and create persuasive copy for offline (trade shows, events) and digital (emails, banners, landing pages, social media) to generate desired action from the target audience
• Conduct webinars and manage events to increase thought-leadership and brand awareness of Anblicks
• Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of the copy and improvise – CTAs, Subject Lines to improve the conversion rates (CTRs, registrations)
• Keep track of latest trends in B2B content marketing, creative copywriting, competitors, and industry trends
• Content writing for the greater Anblicks community and articulate the Anblicks voice clearly by setting standards and best practices
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in English Literature / Mass Communication / Journalism, Bachelors or Masters in IT or Computer, Bachelors or Masters in Arts
