Job Description Job Title: Sr. Executive - Digital Content Specialist Department: Digital Marketing Reports to: Manager Corporate Communications Location - BKC, Mumbai Salary - Upto 6L (Depends on experience, last drawn & interview feedback) Experience - 1 to 3 years Job Role: A digital content specialist's responsibilities include developing a strategy for social media content, writing daily blog posts to grow and maintain an audience, producing content for marketing campaigns, and managing the social media accounts for your company or website. The role of the Digital Content Specialist is to advocate, evangelise, and create digital content. · Create a plan for social media content strategies and develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) · Brainstorming and coming up with engaging content ideas · Create engaging campaigns, captions, posts, stories, reels, and other social media content · Postings & monitoring content to ensure the brand message is constant from the terminology used · Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company’s social pages · Assist in implementing plans to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms. · Coordinating and instructing the photographers, videographers, and agencies to create relevant content · Travel and attend tradeshows, events and conferences · Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers · Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media · Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout · Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies · Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams · 1-3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role · At least bachelor's degree in any field , Specilisation in Digital Marketing preffered · Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other social media best practices · Good understanding of social media KPIs · Outstanding multitasking skills · Critical thinker and problem-solving skills · Team player · Good organizational and time-management skills · Excellent verbal and written English · Social media management · Content writing · Photography & videography If this requirement suits you, please share your CV.
