Job Summary
This is a technical role providing technical support to Enterprise customers and their technical teams. The role covers Project/Account Management, Feature Design, Implementation management of technologies and processes definition.
A Customer Deployment Engineer is required to develop and maintain expertise in relevant products and ensure high customer satisfaction. In addition to knowledge on products, the CDE will be expected to be the front line of communication with the customer as it relates to triaging issues, helping define requirements for new features, coordinating other company functions, representing platform capabilities such as Pods, Gateway Device, APIs, Data, roadmaps, and firmware integrations.
Work closely with CSPs, Enterprise customers, and product teams to help them gain good understanding of Company solutions.
Provide strategic and day-to-day technical expertise and support for assigned accounts.
Act as subject matter expert and liaison between Company technical teams and vendors of Customers such as ODM's, SOC vendors, and OSS/BSS API vendors.
Drive diagnosis, troubleshooting, and testing of escalated production issues.
Lead cross-functional review sessions with Product and Engineering to support development of innovative solutions.
Coordinate definition of requirements for new features and design development and deployment.
Author technical documentation for Customer Deployment team and Communication Service Providers.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and meetings on-site with customers.
