The Position is for a Diamond Company in the USA. The employee shall be Providing customer support to existing customers of the company for their further requirements. He will also support existing customers with their querries
Responsibilities and Duties
We do not offer Work from home (WFH), its Ahmedabad office based job
He/She will be dialing to Diamond businesses across the USA (B2B)
An excellent communication skill is a must to handle USA B2B business calling
He / She will be interacting with the decision-maker of prospective customers directly.
An aggressive customer support and mild touch of sales approach is also needed
Shift shall be USA shift
An experience for International customer support is must
He / She will also be calling to hot / Warm leads to check their requirements.
He /she will also chasing memos on sale or return basis and call for over due invoices as well
The position may and may not involve incentive depeding upon the sales related tasks assigned.
