Key ResponsibilitiesPremium Customer Interaction
Speak with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a polished and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear for business, weddings, formal occasions, and lifestyle wear.
Represent the brand with the confidence and sophistication expected from a luxury brand.
Convert Conversations into Orders
Proactively guide customers toward completing their purchase.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Provide styling advice, sizing guidance, and product recommendations.
Order Management & Coordination
Assist customers throughout the entire order journey, from inquiry to delivery.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to track orders and provide updates to customers.
Deliver Exceptional Service
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of Escaro Royale.
Required Skills
Fluent spoken English and Hindi (mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Confidence in handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience
1–4 years experience in customer service, inside sales, luxury retail, or eCommerce
Experience selling premium or luxury products is a strong advantage
