Requirements
Candidates with excellent written verbal communication skills in English
Minimum Qualification : HSC
Candidates comfortable with Rotational Night Shifts work from office
Experienced candidates can get good salary packages
HSC / graduate freshers are welcome
All personal / educational / work experience documents on paper mandatory
Double vaccination necessary
Age criteria : 18 to 40
Location : Mumbai
Job Details
Handling inbound outbound calls / chats / mails
Resolving customer queries issues
Ensuring customer satisfaction
5 days work 2 rotational week offs
One side transport will be provided by the company
Salary range : 10.7k to 33k in hand
Variable incentives based on overall performance after training
