Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. CX Strategist, Special Projects with strong business acumen and high bar to join the AWS Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. 3PX was conceived from the belief that many current and future AWS customers can realize more value from cloud by deepening their relationships with the AWS Private Pricing Program, and this role will help drive the growth and scale of Private Pricing through cross-functional and highly-visible initiatives.
In role, you will drive growth of the Private Pricing Program by defining and delivering against strategies that transform how customers discover, engage with and choose Private Pricing in order to benefit from its value proposition. To do so, you will partner with stakeholder teams across AWS to assert your vision, drive consensus and bring your vision to life. Through this work, you will drive a deeper relationship with our customers and enrich our understanding of their needs. You will also increase the size of the Private Pricing customer base which, in turn, will fuel AWS growth. In addition, you will help scale the Private Pricing Program by driving improvements to the Customer experience to minimize friction and improve business outcomes for both the Customer and AWS. You will serve as CX bar raiser on planned updates and launches to ensure an optimal CX, current and future.
