In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

• Bachelor of engineering in Instrumentation & control from reputed institution. With 15 to 22 years of experience
• As engineer , have full responsibility for material requisitioning of process control and safety system , including control valves, flow , pressure , level and temperature devices , analyzers and other instrument components.
• Prepare scope of work and work efforts estimation.
• Effectively Leading the team
• Responsible for the performance of Team
• Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders
• co-ordinations with internal and external team
• Monitoring project Key performance indicators (KPI)
• Ensure the timely completion of all project specifications, Data-sheets, schedules , designs and drawings for project assigned.
• Ensure all documentation within the scope of discipline is prepared, checked, reviewed, and approved in accordance with the Discipline Working Instructions and Discipline approval Matrix, ETVP.
• Carry out review of vendor’s bids and drawings / documentation for technical acceptability
• Hands-on experience in SPI
• Handling subcontractors / off loader
• Utilization of SME for speciality items
• Provide technical assistance to other design groups as necessary
• Ensures the compliance to Codes and standards, statutory guidelines
• Shall ensure the project is delivered on time and within the budget allotted.
• Shall ensure that Quality and productivity parameters set for the project are achieved.
• Shall Identify and communicate resource availability / constraints for meeting the delivery plan of the project
• Shall ensure the timely updating of DCI and CTL.
• Maintaining % Clean deliverable >+8% for the discipline
• Participate in Project Review and internal review Meetings
• Shall ensure the timely record and initiation of variation notes.
• Proactively identifying and addressing the concerns related to inputs, resources etc. to meet the project performance objectives.
