+Understanding and analysis of customer feedback and providing design solutions 10participate in CFT related to organizational requirements towards continual improvement (cost reduction, quality improvement etc.) 11Should have good knowledge of Product design, Plastic & soft trims in Interiors 12Feasibility study, Process & technology benchmarking 13Proficient in TCE and TCUA PLM system for CAD update.
Responsibilities1Product design, development & validation of Interior parts like door trims , Pillar Trims , Headliners .. 2CAD preparation, 3 D annotation, TPL creation, DML releases 3DCR creation along with change part list 4Benchmarking & Tear-down 5Cost reduction & cost management 6Added advantage if having Mold flow experience 7Must have worked on Mounting startegy , master sections , packaging feasibility , Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility of Interior Trims parts 8Product design, freezing layout & packaging +Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics 10Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis 11Interaction with various department Preparation of Design Guidelines 12DML release through PLM TCE & TCUA 13Line tryouts of proposals to address issues in current & upcoming programs
