Designer – Motion
Location : All Annalect India offices(Hyd, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Coimbatore)
Coimbatore designing and deploying creative campaigns with our global www.annalect.com/in clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to
· • Assist in video editing for commercial productions, including loading & transcoding RAW footage, creating and organizing projects, laying out supers, generating prep for color grade, audio mix, and conform, optimizing videos for social, and editing cutdowns for TV and online videos.
• Find technical solutions to help the facility work smarter and more efficiently.
• Develop and streamline facility protocols to help ensure consistent processes among staff.
• Help train and support junior staff and ensure smooth onboarding for freelancers.
• Participate in supervised sessions with senior editors, producers, creatives, and directors.
• Closely follow best practices for delivering high-volume commercial tagging work
• Create agency and client review links and QC all work before links is sent.
• Initiate project wrap process upon completion of projects and work with production teams to ensure all final projects, files, and deliverables are archived at the end of every project.
• Create final deliverable files to spec for broadcast and online use.
• Ensure all media assets are checked in and checked out through the vault database.

Mandatory skills:
• 5-8 years of experience in post-production at editorial, color, and/or finishing companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud in particular,
After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro
• Familiar with broadcast an online video formats, standards and compressions.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication skils.
• Demonstrated ability to tell stories using creative solutions to meet the opportunities across different video and social media platforms.
• Solid design and animation foundations: colour theory, typography, layout, keyframing, sense of rhythm and timing.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills ability to work in a team with confidence.
• An impressive portfolio that showcases the work is a must.
