We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. You should have an ******** understanding of how structural design works especially in the residential and corporate sector.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload.
➢ Creation of layouts and options for spaces to fit in different plant-based systems. Designing comercial and residential spaces i.e Balconies, Terraces, workspaces, Hotels, Retail, tech parks, Public spaces etc.
➢ Creations of elevations and plans for Green Walls and Green Roof Installations.
➢ Creation of Working Drawings and communication of the same to the client.
➢ Create visual aspects of marketing materials, client proposals, and other media.
➢ Consult with the CEO, sales & marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect our culture and goals.
Key Requirements:
➢ Degree in a design course (Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ Landscape Architecture/ Interior Design will be given prime consideration)
➢ Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and multimedia presentations.
➢ Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
➢ Adaptive design eye and skill with an ability to interact with clients and understand and collate client
needs.
➢ Excellent communication skills
