Sr. Developer - WebGL
Location: Bangalore | Chennai
We have an exciting role of Sr. Developer - WebGL to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to
• Create immersive product detail experiences, AR experiences, and sales-enablement aids for large brands.
• Work with a global team to create highly optimized web builds that strike the perfect balance between performance and fidelity.
• Collaborate with our creative directors, our artists, and our web developers to create immersive brand experiences.
• Work with our technical artists to define specifications and reasonable limits for game-ready assets.
• Author product configurator logic, camera logic, lighting logic, animation logic, web eventing, and game code.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling.
• Help us innovate with your creativity and ideas.
You will be working closely with
Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented designers to deliver high-quality services.
This may be the right role for you if you have
• 5-7 years of professional experience in experience as a 3D web developer specializing in WebGL
• Expert-level knowledge of Javascript game scripting (C++ or TypeScript is desirable).
• Expert knowledge of animation and camera movements.
• Must have experience in Three.js or PlayCanvas (8th Wall and Babylon.js is desirable)
• Strong proficiency with Chromium profiling tools is required.
• Strong proficiency with Chromium profiling tools is required
• Experience with Node.js is essential and Webpack is highly desirable.
• Must be able to facilitate cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Experience with Maya or Blender preferred.
• Experience with PiXYZ or equivalent is a plus.
• VR/AR/MR experience is a plus.
• Unity or Unreal experience is a plus.
• Create high-quality HTML files based on the latest HTML5 and W3C standards.
• Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests and good verbal and written communication.
• Work with the onsite agency creative team to understand the brief and meet the expectation.
• Manage multiple productions at once from concept to final deliverables.
• Understand client expectations and internal timelines around creative deliverables.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, game development, fine arts, or related field preferred. Can substitute with boot camp experience and certifications.
• Must have a portfolio and can talk through prior experience of creating games and/or product visualization experiences (ie: digital twins
