Responsibilities:
Should have good hands on knowledge of Installation , administration and implementation of the Splunk App for ITSI
IT service Intelligence – experience in SPLUNK for Server monitoring – Windows and Unix
KPI creation
Event Correlation
Trouble shooting of ITSA
Develop dashboards
Integration of Splunk with APM or other tools
Hands on experience on various market leading APM tools, remarkable involvement in Techno-Presales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT Performance Management Products:
