Job Responsibilities:
Leads/supervises a team of 2 or more professionals; first level manager of a work team that could comprise professionals, technical and/or administrative staff.
Typically without budget or hire/fire authority.
Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and updating electronic data systems in accordance with the needs of the organisation.

Duties
Automating software delivery processes through CI/CD pipelines.
Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
Developing and maintaining configuration management and IaC tools.
Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth deployment and release processes.
Monitoring system performance and implementing optimization measures.
Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance.
Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues.
Improving processes and automation for enhanced efficiency.
Conducting system and performance testing.
Aligning DevOps practices with business objectives.
Preferred Experience
5-7 years
Eligibility Requirements
Coordinate the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
Liaise with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.
Activities include evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing, testing and maintaining computer programs, and preparing systems
Deals with escalated customer complaints and develops suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members in a team environment
BA/BS Degree
