Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role will involve developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across various online platforms. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the company's online presence, increase website traffic, and achieve measurable results in terms of conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines (SEO/SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using various analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing activities.
· Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
· Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine visibility, improving organic rankings and driving qualified traffic.
· Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and an optimal user experience.
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and development, to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets, including banners, landing pages, and email templates.
· Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring excellent customer service.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for implementing new strategies and tools.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics, providing regular insights and progress updates to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience in digital marketing ( 2 – 3yrs)
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
· Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS coding.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across different digital channels.
· Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches to digital marketing campaigns.
