Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in real estate or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects across various online channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and online ads.
Manage social media accounts and communities, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and metadata for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in digital marketing initiatives.
