Mavengigs India is involved in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Transformations; focused on assisting clients and partners with their strategic M&A and Transformation initiatives by providing expert resources to expand their capacity and capabilities. We are currently focused on US and Indian markets, with plans to expand to Europe.

This requirement is for the position of Business Development Officer specifically to support business development for Mavengigs consulting business. This requirement is for a full-time position, with details listed below.

This is for a fresher or minimal work experience, with basic understanding of business development, including marketing, sales, and operations.

Preference will be given for great communication, high energy / drive and commitment to grow with us.

All work is to be done during US work hours (PST), which is India night shift. There will be some overlap with India work hours.

• Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, all inclusive (implies Rs. 2.4 lakh - 3 lakh per year annum)
• Reporting To: Director of Operations.

Terms and Conditions:
• Work Hours: Full time monthly; PST work hours; generally, 9 hours/day, 6 days/week; with flexibility as required.
• Travel: This is a remote position working from India. Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives; Reasonable travel expenses will be paid based on actuals.
• Expenses: Company may decide to pay additional expenses, as required, to support the optimal execution of work.
• Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to coordinate daily business development activities, including marketing, sales, and operations, in support of executives, for business development and to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities - Business Development:
• Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our products/services and understand their needs.
• Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels.
• Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts.
• Support key client meetings when required.
• Guide business development to drive business.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends.
• Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities- Operations:
• Guidance of operations staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support a high-performance work culture.
• Collaborate with executives to meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate effective communications with internal and external teams.
• Track and manage open tasks and opportunities to ensure effective progress.
• Quality control and risk management, including knowledge of industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, YouTube Marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
