Job Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Executive
Company: Herbalhills (Isha Agro Developers Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Work Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly Off & Holidays: 14 Public Holidays + 24 Annual Leaves
Preferred Candidates: Residing between Virar to Andheri
Key Responsibilities:
• Google Ads Management:
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping)
• Optimize ad performance regularly to ensure maximum ROI
• Keyword research, A/B testing, and budget allocation
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow Herbalhills presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop and execute social media content calendars and ad campaigns
• Monitor engagement, reach, and conversions to improve performance
• Digital Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns to promote herbal and ayurvedic products
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign creatives, landing pages, and product focus. Analyze metrics and provide actionable insights
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. Optimize click-through and conversion rates using performance data
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, and Meta Ads Manager
• Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns
• Hands-on knowledge of social media advertising tools
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Creative thinking with strong execution and optimization skills
