What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
● Understanding, optimizing, and packaging our ads and content inventory.
● Working with ad agencies, internal sales teams, and direct customers to run successful,
measurable campaigns.
● Focussing on branded content in the form of both articles and videos.
● Focussing on the categories Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle in terms of both native content
and ad banners.
● Creating a very aggressive outreach program that will pitch our network to advertisers,
brands, agencies, and intermediaries for direct sales.
● Managing weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal
stakeholders, and reporting metrics appropriately.
● Analyzing and reporting program performance, providing results and recommendations
for improvement and new programs.
Whom could you be? Background and Experience:
● You have at least 10+ years' experience in Digital Ad Sales.
● You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● You are well versed with digital in terms of social, web content, videos, etc.
● You are excellent with numbers and possess good Excel and Powerpoint skills.
● You are an enthusiastic professional and a good team player
