Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Fleet Team’s transformation roadmap
Partner with the Fleet leadership team to define strategic priorities and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
Serve as a thought leader and change champion
Establish and oversee the governance of Fleet’s strategic initiatives ensuring correct prioritization, robust oversight, and timely execution
Lead portfolio level planning including risk management, resource allocation, initiative health, budget, change management, and execution timelines
Drive enterprise wide change on lack of data quality in the inputs to key Fleet systems
The target starting rate is 160k, actual salary will be determined based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in project management, strategic transformation or related positions
5+ years of experience in a leadership position
Strong analytical and project management skills
Robust communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence
Experience managing diverse teams
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment
