Job Description
The Position: Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer – This role is a VP/Sr. Director of Operations responsible for improving, standardizing, and scaling F12’s operational performance. This role will lead to cross-functional alignment, elevate process maturity, and drive consistent execution across regions.
The leader in this role will oversee the evolution of our operational frameworks—including project delivery, process optimization, performance management, and enterprise governance—to ensure the organization operates with high quality, efficiency, discipline, and accountability. The scope and complexity of responsibility will be calibrated based on the hiring level, but the core mandate remains the same: strengthen operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Drive operational consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational standards across regions.
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational frameworks that support scalability and excellence.
Champion a culture of accountability, measurement, and operational discipline.
Use data and performance insights to evaluate operational health and inform leadership decisions.
Enterprise Program & Project Leadership
Provide leadership and governance to enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Support the maturity of program management practices, reporting structures, and enterprise-wide execution standards.
Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure clarity, focus, and strong follow through on key initiatives.
Business Process Management (BPM)
Advance a formalized BPM function, including process mapping, optimization, documentation, and governance.
Partner with cross functional teams to define and improve key business processes that impact quality, efficiency, and client experience.
Ensuring process improvements result in measurable operations and clients facing outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
Provide leadership, influence, and coaching to operational, project, and cross functional teams.
Serve as a key partner to the executive team in shaping operational strategy and organizational priorities.
Strengthen communication, alignment, and collaboration across regions, functions, and leadership layers.
Function as a cultural ambassador, modeling F12’s values and reinforcing high standards of execution and teamwork.
Desired Experience:
Experience in IT services, MSP, SaaS, or other technology.
Experience leading PMOs, operational teams, or process improvement functions.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP, or related certifications.
Experience standardizing operations across distributed or regionalized organizations.
Requirements:
Strong business and financial acumen; experience with P&L or operational performance metrics.
Senior operational leadership experience within technology, services, or multi-region environments.
Experience in PMO, project delivery, or program management structures.
Demonstrated capability in process improvement, operational redesign, or transformation initiatives.
Analytical, organized, and highly skilled in translating data into operational decisions.
Exceptional communication skills with the presence to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
