I am Hiring for the role of Network security.
Experience: 4-8 Years
Job details:
• Supporting switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and WAFs on a 24x7 shift basis.
• Handling customer requests for changes and support, and resolving issues using established processes and standard methods.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and web portal to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Managing tickets within the internal tool and meeting the committed SLAs.
• Identifying and escalating underlying issues in the managed infrastructure.
• Collaborating with technical staff in different domains to handle cross-functional activities and issues.
• Working with vendors to resolve internal and customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and updating documentation of network elements whenever changes occur.
• Certificate such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, F5-101, Fortinet NSE will be added value
JOB LOCATION: NEW DELHI
F5 load balancing expertise is mandatory, and either the FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls is required.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.(BCA,MCA, MSC)
