JD – Ecommerce Operations
· Work closely with head of e-commerce to deliver the ecommerce targets set, track business progress, and build scenario planning to support decision making in rapidly shifting ecommerce sales environment.
- Managing day to day business activities, E-Commerce operations
· Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates and featured pages based on inventory needs and marketing priorities
· Responsible for evaluating the company's retail performance in various online market platforms.
· Analyse web traffic, product ranking, and product branding features
· Good understanding of supply chain processes and inventory planning principles.
· Experience in segmentation, customer profiling and campaign analysis
· Build various models to contextualize KPIs and provide insights and trends in the context of JGH Digital Strategy using various analysis techniques.
· Manages and communicates daily and weekly performance vs targets including business review meetings, highlighting performance to plan, drivers of plan variance, demand projections for future periods, identifying risks and opportunities
· Competitive price data collection and analysis
· Review market trends for pricing opportunities to optimize profits
· Ensure price management in the system is consistent to avoid price discrepancies
· Assist with setting up online promotional offers for clearance/discontinued products
· Provide pricing analytics research to support product line initiatives
· Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the Business.
· Should have deep understanding of taxonomy and structuring of categories.
· Coordinate with the sales team in developing efficient marketing and promotional campaigns based on sales performance and data analytics.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
