Job Title: Sr. Email Campaign Specialist
Location-Type: Bethlehem, PA Onsite 2-3 days per week
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: Contract to Hire
Compensation Range: $40-50 Per Hour W2
• The estimate above represents the candidate's typical compensation range at the time of hire. Several factors may be utilized to determine your hourly rate including but not limited to years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role. Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
• This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Day to Day:
• End-to-end email campaign conceptualization and execution
• This person will work with the Design Team and the Marketing team to strategize what email content should be sent out, create the content, set up the actual emails to send, and look at the data to determine how successful the emails are. From there make recommendations on how to improve or omit content to reach the goals of the marketing team.
• Send out the emails to targeted audiences - this person will have a large say in which groups of people will receive what emails - and will set it up in their Email Campaign system. From there this person will look at how successful each email campaign has been and work to improve each step.
• Strategizing & also executing email marketing campaigns
• Crafting the emails
• Analytics for email marketing campaigns
• Concepting & strategizing → Audience segmentation → Messaging → technical execution of the emails themselves and deploying them out → Analytics & reporting
• Acoustics (used to be known as Silverpop) is the tool they use for email campaigns – but they are tool agnostic
Must haves:
• 5+ years experience
• Strategizing for email marketing campaigns
• Ability to craft content & messaging
• Audience segmentation
• Can work with design teams to create digital collateral for campaigns
• Some basic graphic design abilities - Photoshop or Illustrator
• Extensive exp w/ CRM email marketing tools like Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustics, MailChimp, Drip, etc
• Exp w HTML/CSS coding to be able to execute email designs
• Exp w A/B testing
• Exp w QA for email campaigns
• Exp w email automation
