About This Opportunity
Sr. Embedded Software Engineer, to lead some of the FW group activities, be part of the FW development as well as the HW Jigs development, tackle challenging problems and provide advanced technological solutions.
In this role, you will…
• Be part of the development of new and exciting technologies as part of new products
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary development group
• Support existing products, be the FW focal point for different kind of problems, debug and solve these problems.
• Design and implement embedded modules on different environments and different OS.
• Be the owner of FW features, lead others in the design and implementation of these features.
• Define and participate in major quality processes in the FW group.
• Lead the continuous integration and support other SW\HW teams integration efforts.
In this role, you’ll need …
• A desire to learn and to evolve professionally, and ambition to seek the best solutions for existing and new problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working across multi-functional organizations
• A real love for technology
• Ability to work alone and in team
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
• B.Sc. degree in Electronic engineering\SW Engineering
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in C++ programming and linux is a must
• Embedded SW development for RT and HW application – an advantage
• More than 5 years of experience in development of complex systems is required
• Experience in Python development – an advantage
• Experience in one or more of the following fields is an advantage:
• Medical devices
• Real-Time & DSP programming – an advantage
• System engineering exp – an advantage
