Job Description
This is a technical lead role. Expected a strong technical backround on Layer2 newtworking Datacom and switch control plane
This role should support full SDLC includes component design HDD and CDD, implementation, code reviews and integration.
Should closely work with FO's and Switch Vendor's.
A strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices is must.
The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic team player with a "can do" attitude.
6-+ years of product development experience in the area of layer2 packet forwarding / Network domain
Strong component level knowledge - understanding of multi-core and multi-threaded challenges, FreeBSD and/or Linux internals.
Experience developing software on L2/L3 layers of networking
Strong C programming, data structures and debugging/problem identification and solving skills.
Hands on Experience in Ethernet, VLAN, MAC table and few layer2 protocols
Hands on L2 switch Firewalls and port bandwidth management
Knowledge of serial communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C and UART is a plus
Knowledge of PTP protocol is a plus
Knowledge of AutoSAR is a plus
