Your profile
• Prepare main timeschedule comprises of Engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturingactivities in order to enable the factory to deliver the compressors on timewithin quality and Costs.
• Monitor all items forengineering, procurement and in-house manufacturing based on main time schedulefor executing the manufacture of compressors based on standard lead time
• Requires a generalunderstanding of Engineering Bill of Materials
• Monitoring of PR-PO forall project items and follow up with SCM
• Processes theengineering releases and works to determine material Make versus Buy decisions
• Issuance of Productionorders to Manufacturing for in-house activities to support master planningsystem as required
• Analyze, maintain, andupdate MRP data for new and changed materials
• Ensures timely flow ofmaterial from shop and suppliers to meet master planning schedule (MPS). Acts as needed to support commitment toclients
• Develop and monitoractual and projected capacity load reports for assigned areas
• To review and updateinventory safety stock levels, reorder quantities, etc. and to adjust over timeas necessary.
Education Qualification:
• B.E / B.Tech. MechanicalEngineering from reputed college
• 5-8 years of experiencein Heavy engineering industry
• Good understanding ofMRP, engineer-to-order manufacturing, material forecast, load planning,bottleneck and capacity planning
• Basic knowledge ofreciprocating compressors
• Knowledge of Factory Planningand Procurement Process – Methodologies
• Basic knowledge of SAP,MS Office and MS Project.
• Good interpersonal andcommunication skills
• Inclination towards newlearning and good team player.
