Responsible for the design development of solution architecture with respect to technical solution design service design for complex solutions in the respective ares of NetworkSDWANCloud securityUnified CollaborationMobility IoT with the objective of increasing revenue profitability and market competitive Serve as a technical expert on solutions design development and implementation requirements to address business needs Analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solution across multiple systemsplatformsapplications Scan the technology requirements of market participates in product development activities speaks in customer marketing forums to increase brand awareness and propagates TCL portfolio and gain mindshare and market share Ensure compatibility interoperability stability and usability of solution architecture Build capability and Practice within TCL from Designing the solution interaction customer support post onboarding Design and deliver complex solutions as per customer requirements Work with various stakeholders including sales team products team engineering team to jointly assess customer requirements Support the Product team through the product development lifecycle and provide inputs on product features from a business requirementscustomer perspective In addition to above work with client internal stakeholders to provide integrated solution architecture across multiple products to meet the client requirements Provide an expertise to internal teams andor external vendors and partners to design a complex solutions and ensure effetive delivery of the same In addition to above work with client internal stakeholders to provide integrated solution architecture across multiple products to meet the client requirements Provide an expertise to internal teams andor external vendors and partners to design a complex solutions and ensure effetive delivery of the same

Has gained significant previous work experience in solutioning to allow them to apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively with broad instruction Regularly participates in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member is able to proactively identify important issues or risks seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality solutions Operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results in solutions engineering Works under direct supervision Able to identify problems and make suggestions to significantly improve change or adapt existing methods and techniques in developing solutions Actively acquires more complex skills techniques operating practices knowledge of abstract concepts in order to progress toward full proficiency in the field of solutioning Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues challenges problems within their field of specialisation Graduate Engineer Experience 0 4 years
