Role & responsibilities
1. Coordinate work of maintenance facility with outside concern vendor or company person.
2. Attending daily breakdowns on utility & m/c shop. (Air Compressor, DG set, Acs, ACB, HT)
3. Knowledge of statutory documents.
4. Updating the machine to spare availability.
5. Priority for repairing work to avoid major Breakdown.
6. Focus on implementing Kaizen & more suggestions.
7. Planning & implementation of Preventive/Predictive maintenance schedule.
8. involved in power savings projects.
9. Planning & managing for critical spares for mc and maintain min. level to control inventory.
10. Maintaining Daily & Monthly machine breakdown time (MTBF/MTTR).
11. Handling maintenance related projects like electrical substation installation work.
12. Knowledge of plasma cutting, Laser cutting, CNC bending press, robots, welding mc Fronius/EWM, DGEOT cranes 5T/10T up to 25T, BFW VMC mcs, Zayer Make DCVMC 12 metre, 16 metre. Siemens 840D Controller
13. Knowledge of commissioning & installation of new mcs,
14. Knowledge of SAP, IMS Audit & Documents.
15. Analyze flexibility and the multi-skill needs of the team.
