Designation - Sr. Executive - Ad operations
Job Location - Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)
Job Overview -
Publisher ad operations and optimizations.
Key Responsibilities -
In this role, you will be doing Business operations for set of publisher accounts of Jio-Ads platform that form part of the Jio Ads Publisher network.
• To work with Business Development team who manages the Set of publishers that form part of the JioAds publisher network and ensure that we are engaging with them and their leadership to meet their goals on a monthly basis.
• Use your previous experience skill of online Campaign management, Optimization, Reporting & Troubleshooting.
• Expected to align with internal teams - product, tech, BD, Finance etc.
• Identify revenue/placement upsell opportunities for publishers.
• Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers.
• Work with Jios Ads Product & Demand team to perform all aspects of traffic management, including testing, implementation delivery, and optimization of ad campaigns.
Educational Qualifications - Graduate / MBA
Years of Experience (minimum & maximum) -
• 1-3 yrs and above. of experience in Media Ad Operations / Client servicing.
• Preferred Qualification: MBA, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes OR B.com.
• Understanding of Open RTB, S2S and SDK integrations a must.
• Expert in Excel and PPT.
Job Mandate -
• Understand Digital Media eco-system and dynamics of demand and supply.
• Knowledge in Programmatic, DSP, SSP, PMP, GAM, DV360, DART, MOAT, AppNexus, Ad exchanges, Header Bidding, Mediation SDK etc.
• Knowledge on Video players likes JW player, xplayer, Brightcove, Ooyala etc.
• Should be familiar ad codes (HTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.)
• Have managed long term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• Analytical skills.
