Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Contribute to the overall hiring strategy of Vendiman pvt. ltd. business to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
• Ensure the hiring needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
Onboarding
• Engage with candidates pre and post joining to give them a seamless onboarding experience
• Collate feedback from candidates on Day 1, Week 1 , after 30 days, after 3 months to curb early attrition.
Employee Engagement
• Drive monthly quarterly engagement activities
• Drive dip stick surveys and feedback on training programmes.
Skills:
• Superior Communication and Interaction skills (English)
• Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
• Should be able to work independently.
• Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills
• Numerical skills, ability to do basic calculations
• Understanding of compensation structure
• Knowledge of Excel, should know vlookup , pivot functions
Location: Vile Parle
Years of experience : 2-3 years
Compensation : 4-6 lpa
Qualification : Graduation , MBA/PG in HR will be an added advantage
